are allowed to use common sense, take the blinders off and three women since 2005 made domestic violence allegations against george zimmerman. one as recently as september, and that's his estranged wife shelley. it's not often they conspire together to come up with the same story. probably shelley and the girlfriend want nothing to do with each other but say two months apart he was pointing the gun at them, not just holding the gun, pointing the gun at them, threatening them and making them leave their own home. these are similar allegations. is there anyone that continues to think it's safe for george zimmerman to be at large and there aren't concerns? i think that's a reasonable conclusion for us to draw this is really a problem person. >> it's not just members of the public and journalist who can make that inference. it is true that as a technical legal matter, if the case goes to the jury those other matters are not admissible but prosecutors can sit there and say, you know what? we have discretion. we can decide which cases to bring and not and we want to headache sure we do everyth

for the people of the philippines and the u.s. marines are out atta tacloban, helping get relief efforts and get things back up and running. that was one of the things, piers, there were no lights at the airport, to help with the type of situations that was needed. in the next six to seven hours it will definitely cause a crimp in some of the plans. we'll continue to follow it in the next several days. >> anderson, we know the american military has sent aid, the chinese sending aid, lots of countries helping now. but how restrictive is it at the moment to get the aid that is needed, given the current horrible conditions that are continuing? >> reporter: yeah, that is a really good point. i mean, there is so much debris on the ground. it was really the storm surge, when you see it on the ground and are looking at the images, it reminds me of the tsunami we saw both in southeast asia and also japan just a couple of years ago. that water really picks up all the debris and deposits it on the roads. often it is 20, 30 feet high. the piles of debris, you can have a car buried under a house. who knows

the president in the reelection build for 1964 but then addly stevenson, the u.s. ambassador to the united nations had gone to dallas and been making a speech and he was heckled, spat upon. somebody hit him with a plaque and it became evident it was not really a very welcoming place to visit for some people. and so she came to me and asked me about what i thought, and i explained to her that it appeared to us that dallas is no worse than any other place in the south for a president and mrs. kennedy to visit. that there were going to be some problems no matter where we went, but we didn't think they were very serious in dallas. we knew there was an element in that society that differed with president kennedy's policies, but we thought it was manageable and that we didn't see that there was any reason not to go. we had no intelligence information that would give us an indication there was going to be an attempt or anything serious like that. >> this, i think, was one of mrs. kennedy's first public outings since the death of her son, is that right? >> that's true. after patrick died in august

american tradition. it is a native american tradition, but there were a lot of other cultures that used the sweat lodges, as well. many other cultures, it really depends on the culture that you go to. for me, the physical metaphor, it is difficult. so it was a physical metaphor to be able to say after all of this work i've done, during the week, to embrace and to heal and to deal with the issues that have haunted me. this, i'm going to do and metaphorically, rather, i'm going to go in, to have this physical metaphor that is going to be difficult. which i warned them it would be -- >> i mean, physically, it is punishing. you go inside, they're crammed in like sardines. and they're basically exposed to ever greater amounts of heat. i mean, that is how this works, a sweat lodge, they sweat, and they're very hot. so what kind of barriers or controls did you have in practice, given that it was clearly potentially dangerous? >> well, obviously, not good enough. and you know, again, as the captain of the ship i have to be responsible for that. and -- >> was there a heat limit that you used to
